Again in discharge of its main objective of advancing knowledge and information transfer in Dairy Science and Technology, the Society organises at least four different types of external events. These are open to both members and non-members (at a higher fee) and consist of:
Conferences, Symposia, Technical visits and Residential Courses
These major activities usually take place over two to three days in different locations throughout Great Britain and Ireland. The last conference was the very successful 2006 Spring Conference in Killarney. Our next technical visit will be to Rachels Dairy in Aberystwyth (members only) on Wednesday 26th September.
