Project Eden provides a three year Foundation Degree in Dairy Technologyand is now in its tenth year. It is based at Reaseheath College in Cheshire. Details of this and other dairy information from Reaseheath can be found on the Reaseheath website

The NRI at University of Greenwich at Medway has just launched a new part time e-learning MSc Programme in Food Safety and Quality Management.  Details can be found here:  http://www.nri.org/news/2016/nri-s-new-online-programme-study-food-safety-and-quality-management-part-time-from-january-2017 - the programme fee for January starters is £5400.

The first new dairy course to be offered in Ireland in 30 years has just been launched by University College Cork in association with Teagasc.In recognition of the growth and diversification of the Irish dairy industry, the course is highly innovative and industry-focused, and is a part-time, blended-learning Postgraduate Certificate in Dairy Technology and Innovation. This qualification is aimed to support the further education and training needs of people at work in the dairy industry.
