Summer Symposium & Annual Dinner

The 2021 SDT Annual Dinner and Symposium will be held on Wednesday 30th June 2021 at Stafford Bingley Hall. The Symposium will start the proceedings with 3 speakers presenting on cheese and dairy related topics during the afternoon. Arrive early to visit the trade stands, network and be treated to a delicious buffet lunch, all free of charge.
The timing of the Dinner is perfect for anyone who is attending the International Cheese and Dairy Awards Trade Day (Thursday 1st July), the day after this event. So please come along and join in with other dairy professionals for an afternoon and evening of learning, delicious food (and wine!) and most importantly wonderful company.
