What does a typical day look like for you?

No two days are the same, most morning involve consolidation of orders. First load in the morning is to coffee shops/restaurants for milk, cream and cheese. Second dispatches are to delis, retail customers and any international sales. While also getting production started, working off our production schedule. I deal with all technical and administration tasks mostly in the mid part of the day. I would liaise with customers dealing with any order or queries arising. Late afternoon, I consolidate our doorstep milk delivery business, planning routes for drivers etc.
