Autumn Symposium and AGM 2018: Preventing Contamination
This is to be held at Harper Adams University, Newport, Shropshire on 8th November. The event will commence with the Annual General Meeting of the Society at 09.30 and the Symposium will start with coffee at 10.15 a.m. Speakers include Dr John Holah of Holchem, Dr Phil Voysey of Campden BRI, Consultant, Paul Thomas and Mike Pinches of DuPont.

Spring Conference 2018: Innovations in Dairy Technology and Engineering

Last year's event was an enormous success with over 120 members and guests enjoying a very convivial evening. Book the date now for next year's dinner, which will, once more, precede the trade day of the International Cheese Awards at Nantwich Show. The graduating Eden students will once again join us and we shall be presenting the awards to the top student and the student who has most contributed to the work of the Society. Come and celebrate their success with us.
